The research on the "one-stop" student community service management model aims to address the challenges of higher education management in the new era,especially in the context of increasingly prominent psychological problems. This study takes a vocational college in Shaanxi as an example,analyzes its theoretical background and development strategies,and proposes a series of strategies to promote the construction of a "one-stop" student community service management model. On this basis,the study utilizes this model for psychological education work,effectively improving the quality of psychological education for college students through methods such as student mutual assistance,establishing a psychological education system,strengthening team building,and utilizing new media. This provides useful exploration for psychological health education in vocational colleges and provides valuable experience for the goal of "comprehensive education".
