The article uses the KANO model to investigate and analyze the sports service needs of disabled students at Hangzhou University of Technology.The results indicate that the overall demand level of sports services for people with disabilities can be divided into charismatic demand and undifferentiated demand,while the demand level of people with disabilities includes expectancy demand,charismatic demand,and undifferentiated demand.In addition,there is a significant correlation(P<0.05)between disabled individuals and those with undifferentiated needs.This study proposes suggestions for the construction of a demand-oriented service system,including building a service system that meets the expected and attractive needs of people with disabilities based on their own conditions,improving their satisfaction with public sports services,and carrying out corresponding sports activity service projects for personalized sports service needs without differentiation,combined with different professions.The results and recommendations of this study will help meet the diverse needs of sports services,reduce resource waste,and improve the level of sports services for people with disabilities in society.
